St. Anne Parish has a number of ministries to guide the community in faith formation. These include:
- Elementary Faith Formation Team: Parents and children in 1st – 5th grade gather weekly to learn about our Catholic faith guided by the Sunday Gospel. Parents volunteer to lead these sessions broken into 3 age groups.
- Rite of Christian Initiation (RCIA) Team & Sponsors: Journey with adult catechumens and candidates as they prepare for the sacraments of initiation.
- Adult Faith Formation: Join any of our programs throughout the year, including scripture study, theological updates, and sessions integrating faith and profession.
- Alpha Group Leaders: Lead an Alpha group over the course of 11 weeks. Create a space for people to come and discuss life’s big questions, and enrich and deepen their spirituality.
- Youth Confirmation Team: Help prepare parish youth for the celebration of the sacrament of confirmation.
We know that our gifts, callings, and availability change from time to time. We invite you to choose a way to become involved—as much as you are able—at any given time. If some kind of involvement looks interesting, but you’re not sure about signing up, ask us about taking a “test drive.” You will be matched with a mentor who can tell you more and help you try it out to see how it feels.
