Third Sunday in Ordinary Time

Bulletin for Sacred Heart of Jesus, Our Lady of Fatima, & St. Anne

Grant me, O Lord my God,

a mind to know you,

a heart to seek you,

wisdom to find you,

conduct pleasing to you,

faithful perseverance in waiting for you,

and a hope of finally embracing you.

Amen.

Prayer of St. Thomas Aquinas, whose Feast Day is January 28th.

The Sacrament of Confirmation for our parish family will take place at the 10 AM Mass on Sunday, February 1st at Sacred Heart of Jesus. Please keep our Confirmandi in your prayers as they make their final preparations. Holy Spirit, strengthen our Northwest Seattle Catholic parish family Confirmandi with your gifts of Wisdom, Understanding, Counsel, Fortitude, Knowledge, Piety, and Fear of the Lord, as a disciple of Christ. Fill them with the joy of your presence. Increase in them the fruit of your Spirit. Help them to experience and trust your dwelling within, so that they may count on your guidance today and every day. Show us the way to help one another become better disciples of Jesus Christ, sharing your love with our world and with each person we encounter. Amen.
