Oh how we prayed and partied!

St. Anne parishioners gathered on Saturday, September 10th to witness Fr. Colin swear an oath of fidelity to faithfully adhere to and hand on the faith. Parish staff and members of the pastoral and finance councils were presented to Fr. Colin and the congregation as his collaborators in carrying out his mission as Pastor. It was a joyful, fervent and moving Mass – one that will not be forgotten! 

Our Party with the Padre was a blast! Parishioners of all ages interacted with each other throughout the night. During a game of Human Bingo, kids and adults made up handshakes and found out interesting details about each other such as who shared their birthday month or ever got a speeding ticket.

A group of parishioners led by Stefanie Buono and Christina Zaccagnino, succeeded at surprising Fr. Colin and everyone else with flash mob! Raffle prizes were given out to the bingo players – movie tickets and an annual family membership to the aquarium were among favorite prizes. Our evening drew to a close in song led by members of Communion & Liberation followed by a blessing from Fr. Colin.
