Alpha Conference 2022

Last Fall we hosted our first parish-wide Alpha Session. For ten weeks, twenty-five parishioners connected and grew together over dinner, a video, and conversation. Some of those parishioners joined Fr. Colin, Taniele, and Jessica and the national Alpha Conference hosted in Fort Lauderdale from January 26^th – 28th. During the conference, they interacted with other Catholics hosting Alpha, took a deep dive into topics on listening and understanding those who have left the Church, and learned how to make our churches places of hospitality. There was a strong connection built over such a short period of time. We stayed together in an Airbnb and had community time that allowed us to get to know each other’s stories.
