November 12 ~ Thirty-second Sunday in Ordinary Time

+ Through the Gospel, may the Church share your word to give the full meaning of pain and suffering, especially to comfort the families of those who were killed in the Texas church.  Holy Spirit, fount of wisdom, we pray.

+ We continue to pray for the people of Puerto Rico and all others devastated by natural disasters.  Give them strength to persevere in their time of trial.  Holy Spirit, fount of wisdom, we pray.

+ May your wisdom guide and direct all those who govern.  Holy Spirit, fount of wisdom, we pray.

+ May we remember that we are made in your loving image.  Help us to bear this magnificence into the world.  Holy Spirit, fount of wisdom, we pray

+ May the souls of all of our loved ones, through your mercy, rest in peace.  Holy Spirit, fount of wisdom, we pray.

+ For the grace to live our lives in faithful devotion to the bridegroom, Jesus Christ.  Holy Spirit, fount of wisdom, we pray.

+ For all those who are sick, including Mary Ann Kramer, mother of Paul Kramer; and for those who have died including Rebecca Kinn, mother of Mike Kinn.  Holy Spirit, fount of wisdom, we pray.

+ In thankfulness for all that is written in our Parish Book of Thanksgiving.  We pray also for the intentions written in the Parish Book of Intercessions and those we hold in the silence of our hearts.  Holy Spirit, fount of wisdom, we pray.

The Petitions offered at Saturday vigil and Sunday Masses are written by  St. Anne parishioners who meet to consider the needs of our community, our church and our world in light of the scriptures.  If you would like to participate in this ministry, you are already invited:  No experience or special knowledge is needed, just a heartfelt desire to pray with our community.  For questions, or to participate, please call Carol Ford at 206-281-5920.
