May 27 ~ Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinity

+ That the preaching and teaching of the Church will bless all with the desire to share in the life of the Blessed Trinity.  Triune God, our help and our shield, we pray.

+ We pray for all the children of Abraham: for Jews, Christians and Muslims.  Triune God, our help and our shield, we pray.

+ For those who live without faith: that the love of the Blessed Trinity will awaken their minds and give hope to their hearts.  Triune God, our help and our shield, we pray.

+ Because we are your sons and daughters, help us to find ways to encourage and affirm each other with love, rather than making judgments.  Triune God, our help and our shield, we pray.

+ Be with us as a community and work through us as we go out into the world to proclaim your love to all.  Triune God, our help and our shield, we pray.

+ As we observe the Memorial Day holiday, may we be mindful of all those who have made the ultimate sacrifice in service to their country; may their memory inspire us to remain true to the values for which they died.   Triune God, our help and our shield, we pray.

+ For all those who are sick including Steve Nordeck, brother of Vicki Panko; John Blasi, father of Jeanne Riley; Jill Ragsdale; Chari Kinney; and Cheryl Potakos.  We also pray for those who have died. Triune God, our help and our shield, we pray.

+ In thankfulness for all that is written in our Parish Book of Thanksgiving.  We pray also for the intentions written in the Parish Book of Intercessions and those we hold in the silence of our hearts.  Triune God, our help and our shield, we pray.

The Petitions offered at Saturday vigil and Sunday Masses are written by  St. Anne parishioners who meet to consider the needs of our community, our church and our world in light of the scriptures.  If you would like to participate in this ministry, you are already invited:  No experience or special knowledge is needed, just a heartfelt desire to pray with our community.  For questions, or to participate, please call Carol Ford at 206-281-5920.
