April 12 ~ Second Sunday of Easter

+ May the Church on this Divine Mercy Sunday, dedicate herself to living and proclaiming Christ's mercy.  God of mercy, we pray.

+ For the souls of the 147 victims of the terrorist attack in Kenya, and for their families that they may know peace.  God of mercy, we pray.

+ Bless all those who extend their helping hands to those in need of food, shelter and clothing, who share their time and talents and resources with others.  God of mercy, we pray.

+ May our parish grow in holiness so that we will always love one another in the way that Christ commands us.  God of mercy, we pray.

+ Help us remember that faith in you and your love give us a certain kind of power in the world against all that is evil.  God of mercy, we pray.

+ For the grace this week to face the trials and difficulties of life with the confidence and certainty that come from the Resurrection.  God of mercy, we pray.

+ For all those who are sick, especially Sister Virginia Pearson, Rich Schneider, and Marcia Key, mother of Amy Graff, and for those who have died, including Kevin Moriarty and Father Robert Kinney.   God of mercy, we pray.

+ In gratitude for all that is written in our Parish Book of Thanksgiving.  We pray also for the intentions written in the Parish Book of Intercessions and those we hold in the silence of our hearts.  God of mercy, we pray.
